Who is responsible

The Dream View Co., Ltd., 34/20 Moo 7, Chalong, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket 83000, Thailand (registration no. 0835564009099) is the controller of personal data collected through megawattlas.com.

The contact form

When you send the form, we receive what you type (name, email, optional organisation, role, location and message), the page you sent it from and the time. We use it only to answer you and to check the facts you report. Messages are delivered to the atlas team through a Telegram bot and, as a backup, by email through Resend; they are not added to any mailing list. We keep them as long as needed to handle the request and our records of it.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect against abuse; form submissions are also written to short-lived server logs so that a message that fails to arrive can be recovered.

The interactive map

The map on /map/ loads basemap tiles, fonts and icons from OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org), which therefore sees your IP address when you open that page. Other pages load nothing from third parties.

Cookies and local storage

Megawattlas sets no cookies. If you switch between the day and night chart theme, that choice is remembered in your browser's local storage on your own device. No analytics service is enabled at present; if one is added, this page will say so before it goes live.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent us through the contact form. We will answer within 30 days.
